Growth plan for ThirdLove, 8 Oct 2026

Scale spend. Hold CAC.

One number to protect: a target CAC of $27.84, set against the $74.00 24/7® Classic T-Shirt Bra and a site that shows 62,472 Reviews. Ten creators by week six, tests ramped from $3,000 to $5,000 a week, losers killed early.

01 The number

One number: $27.84 CAC on a $74.00 bra

The number to protect is a target CAC of $27.84. It is 0.6 of a $46.40 ceiling built from a $58 average order, a 40% margin and one repeat order. The $58 and 40% are my guesses until your numbers arrive. Spend scales only while CAC stays under that line.

Protect

Target CAC: $27.84 on a first purchase

Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $58 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $46.40. Guard line = 0.6 × $46.40 = $27.84. Across the ranges: $5.25 to $189.00.

Three moves

  1. Read daily CAC against the $27.84 line and cut the ad set the day it crosses.
  2. Test one variable per ad on the 24/7® Classic T-Shirt Bra before touching budget.
  3. Raise spend only on winners, with Hooked® member repeat orders tracked in the cohort.

02 Variety

Variety: one T-Shirt Bra, many reasons to buy it

Each ad concept carries one reason to buy: the first bra made in half cup sizes on the 24/7® Classic T-Shirt Bra, the organic cotton of the Organic Cloud Cotton T-Shirt Bra, or the Kinetic Adjustable Sports Bra. One reason per ad, so every loss teaches something.

Each row is a reason to buy that the brand already has proof for. The count is how many of the ads carry it: a reason with a single ad is a bet, not a pattern, and the next batch of concepts moves toward the reasons that win.

03 Disturbances

Risks: two bra prices and a $100 shipping nudge

04 The ceiling

The ceiling: $46.40 before the $75+ shipping line

Unit economics lines
LineValueStatus
Average order$58 (range $10.00–$140.00)Assumption Range from the site product prices (Published); the midpoint is a guess
Gross margin40% (range 35–45%)Assumption Replace in week one

Margin per customer, all orders$46.40Calculated Average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders)
Guard line for CAC$27.84Calculated 0.6 × the margin per customer

The math, with the assumed lines

Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $58 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $46.40. Guard line = 0.6 × $46.40 = $27.84. Across the ranges: $5.25 to $189.00.

Range across the assumptions: $5 to $189.

The $58 average order, 40% margin and one repeat order are guesses. The $46.40 ceiling and the $27.84 guard line follow from them. Week one replaces them with your numbers.

The ceiling is a range, not one number: the most a new customer can cost before shipping and packaging, which I do not have. Replace the guessed lines with yours and every figure below recalculates.

05 Test ramp

Test ramp: $24,000 across six weeks of bra ads

Test ramp by week
WeekNew ads × budget / ad (proposed)Weekly test spendCumulativeCreators postingCAC target (proposed)
112 × $250$3,000$3,0000$28

520 × $250$5,000$19,0008$28
620 × $250$5,000$24,00010$28

Six weeks, one variable per test. Weeks one and two run 12 ads at $250 each, $3,000 a week. Weeks three and four run 12–20 ads, $4,000. Weeks five and six run 20 ads, $5,000. Total $24,000 of tests, losers killed early.

  2. $6,000Wk 2
  3. $10,000Wk 3
  4. $14,000Wk 4
  5. $19,000Wk 5
  6. $24,000Wk 6

The math. Week 1: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 2: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 3: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 4: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 5: 20 × $250 = $5,000; Week 6: 20 × $250 = $5,000. Total $24,000 (96 ads × $250). A range such as 12–20 counts as its midpoint.

Weeks one and two test what the brand already has, rewritten per reason to buy. From week three, creator videos enter paid only after they beat their own account median. A range of new ads counts as its midpoint in the spend column.

06 Volume

Volume: more concepts for a 58-variant T-Shirt Bra

More concepts mean more chances at a winner. Hit rate and spend per winner are guesses: 20 concepts give 2 winners and $18,000 added a month; 80 concepts give 8 winners and $72,000 added a month.

Concepts, hit rate and added spend
Concepts tested / monthHit rate (assumed)New winners / monthSpend each winner holds (assumed)Added spend at target CAC
2010%2$300 / day$18,000 / month
4010%4$300 / day$36,000 / month
6010%6$300 / day$54,000 / month
8010%8$300 / day$72,000 / month

The math. 20 concepts × 10% = 2 winners × $300 × 30 days = $18,000 a month; 40 concepts × 10% = 4 winners × $300 × 30 days = $36,000 a month; 60 concepts × 10% = 6 winners × $300 × 30 days = $54,000 a month; 80 concepts × 10% = 8 winners × $300 × 30 days = $72,000 a month.

The hit rate and the spend each winner holds are placeholders. The first thirty days of tests replace them with real numbers, and the table is recalculated the same day.

07 Allocation

Allocation: $100,000 across the Zero Edge™ and 24/7® lines

$20,000
20%
Landing pages and tracking
$10,000
10%

The budget to allocate is $100,000, split by role and rebalanced at each gate.

The math. 45% × $100,000 = $45,000; 25% × $100,000 = $25,000; 20% × $100,000 = $20,000; 10% × $100,000 = $10,000. Sum 100% = $100,000.

This split is a proposal. It moves toward scaling as winners prove out, and toward testing when fatigue shows.

08 Channels

Channels: Meta first, then Hooked® members

Channels and opening conditions
ChannelOpen when (proposed)Why wait
MetaWeek one, with the first 12 adsCreator videos get tested here at speed, one variable at a time.
TikTokAfter the first winners hold $27.84 CACCreator-style bra content travels here, and the hooks are reused.
YouTube ShortsAfter week sixSame vertical videos, no new production.
Email to Hooked® membersOnce tracking counts repeat ordersMembers earn 1 point per $1 spent, a repeat-order lever.
Google ShoppingAfter Meta winners prove CACSearchers for A-H and half-cup sizes arrive with intent.

A channel opens when its condition is true, not when the calendar says so. Until then the budget stays where the CAC is earned.

09 Payback

Payback: a $74.00 bra must repay its CAC

Payback is the real constraint. At CAC $15 the first order pays back, $31.40 left. At $30 only repeat orders do, $16.40 left. At $50 and $65 it never does: stop, −$3.60 and −$18.60 left. A $74.00 bra does not forgive a loose CAC.

Margin left per customer, order by order (assumed midpoint, before CAC)
  1. $23.20Order 1
  2. $46.40Order 2

Cumulative margin per customer, order by order, before CAC: $23.20, $46.40.

CAC scenarios and payback
CAC (scenario)First-order marginYear-one marginLeft after CACPayback

$30$23.20$46.40$16.40After repeat orders
$50$23.20$46.40−$3.60Never: stop
$65$23.20$46.40−$18.60Never: stop

The math. CAC $15: $46.40 − $15 = $31.40 left; pays back: First order; CAC $30: $46.40 − $30 = $16.40 left; pays back: After repeat orders; CAC $50: $46.40 − $50 = −$3.60 left; pays back: Never: stop; CAC $65: $46.40 − $65 = −$18.60 left; pays back: Never: stop.

Read each row left to right: the margin of the first purchase, the margin over the whole horizon, what is left after CAC, and the purchase on which the CAC is earned back. A scenario that never pays back is a stop, not a test.

10 Scope

Scope: ads and creators, not the Hooked® program

Covers

  • Meta tests on the 24/7® Classic and ComfortStretch bras
  • Creator sourcing, briefs and the weekly video flow
  • Landing pages for each winning concept
  • Daily CAC, weekly learnings, monthly cohort payback

Doesn’t

  • Product, sizing or fit decisions
  • The Hooked® rewards program and its pricing
  • Building the event tracking: I spec it, your team ships it
  • Any claim beyond the brand's own wording

What this plan covers is what I can change inside the ad account and the creator program. Everything outside it is named on the right so nobody assumes it is handled.

Gates, written before spend, so stopping isn’t a negotiation.

Gates at days 14, 30, 60, 90
DayKeep going if (proposed)Stop or change if
Day 14Tracking reads orders daily, two creators posted, first tests killed their losersDaily CAC unreadable or creator videos blocked by claims review.
Day 30At least two ads under the $27.84 line and creators live on planNo ad under $27.84 after four weeks of tests.
Day 60Blended CAC at or under $27.84 while weekly spend keeps risingCAC above $46.40 for a full week.
Day 90Cohort payback shows repeat orders covering CAC at the $30 scenario or betterCohort payback never closes at current CAC.

Each gate is checked on its day with the numbers in the daily and weekly reports. If the stop condition is true, the spend stops and nothing renews until we talk.

Every figure on this page is listed here with where it came from. Fact means read on the site. Assumed and Proposed are Danilo’s own numbers, to be replaced in week one. Calculated is plain arithmetic on those, with the formula shown next to it.

Month one is where it starts.

In week one I read the claims sheet with your team, spec the tracking, brief the first two creators and launch twelve ads on the 24/7® Classic T-Shirt Bra pages. Daily CAC starts against $27.84.
